Support our talented kids by helping them rehearse, selling tickets, wrangling participants, and offering encouragement on the big day. A rewarding way to cheer on students and be part of the action!

April 4th

It’s Hollie and Carla’s final year at Westminster!! We need a new group of parents to shadow and learn the ropes of running the book fair. If you love reading and organizing, this fun volunteer opportunity is perfect for you!

April 25th

Be part of the excitement with concessions, temporary tattoos, photo booths, DJs, prizes, and more! Many parent volunteers are needed to make this magical event unforgettable.

May 30th

Cheer on students as they race through relays, hand out popsicles, manage games, or run water stands. It’s a day filled with smiles, energy, and student accomplishments—fun for volunteers, too!

June 4th

Help show gratitude to our amazing staff by donating a dish, volunteering at the event, or organizing gifts. This cherished tradition celebrates the people who make our school magical.
